MSc of Applied Science, Technical College of Information, University of Akre, 2025.
BSc in Computer Science, College of Science, University of Duhok, 2017.

From 2017 to 2023, I served as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant, conducting practical sessions for first-year students in the Departments of English, Geography, Science, and Psychology. During this period, I also taught statistics using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to second-year students in the Departments of Geography and Educational Counseling, covering topics such as data entry, descriptive statistics, and hypothesis testing.

Since completing my master's degree in 2025, I have taught both theoretical and practical courses in the Department of Geography. My teaching responsibilities include Computer Essentials and Computer Skills for first-year students, as well as Statistics Using SPSS for second-year students. My teaching approach emphasizes hands-on learning and the practical application of theoretical concepts, enabling students to develop essential computer skills and apply appropriate statistical methods to real-world data.

Since 2025, I have been responsible for administering and supervising the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) for the College of Education and the College of Basic Education. My responsibilities involve supporting the effective operation and use of the platform to facilitate teaching, learning, and academic communication. Through this role, I contribute to the integration of digital technologies into higher education, helping to strengthen the delivery of academic activities and support the learning needs of students and academic staff. This experience has enhanced my involvement in educational technology, digital learning management, and the development of technology-supported teaching and learning environments.

Research

My research interests focus on artificial intelligence and its integration into secure, reliable, and trustworthy information systems. They include machine learning and deep learning, particularly supervised and transfer learning, as well as natural language processing, with an emphasis on the applications of large language models in information retrieval, text generation, and human–computer interaction.

I am also interested in model generalization and performance evaluation under limited or imbalanced data conditions, alongside privacy-preserving approaches to deploying AI in cloud-based services and data management systems. Another important area of interest is explainable and responsible artificial intelligence, particularly algorithmic bias, transparency, and interpretability in applications involving education, healthcare, and public services.
